CUBA HIGHLIGHTS TOUR 5 Days/4 Nights
An exclusive tour by car with a driver-guide visiting Havana, Vinales, Pinar del
Rio & Las Terrazas seeing some of the most beautiful places in Cuba with
special visits to a tobacco plantation, cigar factory, rum factory, two days in
a mountain eco resort, a tour of Havana and a night out at the famous Tropicana
cabaret.

Day 1 Met and assisted by your personal driver/guide upon
arrival at Havana International Airport. Special VIP service fast tracking you
through immigrations and Customs and then enjoy a cocktail in the VIP lounge
while your luggage is brought to you by a valet. Transfer to the colonial style
Seville Hotel in Old Havana.
Day 2 After breakfast drive through the beautiful Vinales
Valley to enjoy the mogotes, unique only to Cuba and China. Onto Pinar del Rio
to experience why and how Cuban cigars are the best in the world. We visit
Alejandro Robaina's house and tobacco plantation and taste some of his
excellent cigars with a talk about the growing and curing processes of tobacco.
We have lunch followed by visiting the Francisco Donatien cigar factory to see
how cigars are made. Then we go to the “Guayabita del Pinar" rum factory, the
exclusivity of the place is given due to the fact it is the only region where
the small fruit grows. Here you will be able to taste the Cuban rum and
liqueurs. Our journey today ends with an overnight stay at La Moka Hotel in the
beautiful ecological tourist complex Las Terrazas.

Day 3 Following breakfast we spend the day in Las Terrazas to
enjoy its flora and fauna. The area is one of the best places in Cuba for bird
watching and is the habitat of the national bird, the Tocororo. We visit the
Las Terrazas Village Community and enjoy the magnificent Cuban coffee at
Maria's house, especially good as she roasts the coffee beans on charcoal which
gives it its unique flavour. We go to Cafetal Buenavista, which preserves the
ruins of an 18th Century French Coffee Plantation. On a good day you can see
the Gulf of Mexico to the north and the Caribbean Sea to the south. We have
lunch at El Cafetal Restaurant, located in the original house of the French
plantation owners. This afternoon relax and enjoy the sulfuric mountain spring
waters of the San Juan River, it is said that the waters will make you younger.
We return to Havana for overnight stay at the Seville Hotel.

Day 4 This morning experience the old and historical sites of
Old Havana on a walking with your personal guide. Some of the highlights will
be the second oldest fortress in America, Cathedral Square and the
Revolutionary Museum. We follow the Hemingway Trail and see the room at the
Ambos Mundos Hotel where he wrote the book 'For Whom the Bells Toll’, and then
onto the La Bodeguita Bar where he used to frequent for his Mojito cocktails
Lunch at El Patio Restaurant. Later we take a nostalgic trip in a classical
American car visiting the Revolutionary Square, the Colon cemetery and ending
with a Daiquiri cocktail at the Floridita Bar. Return to the Seville Hotel to
prepare for your evening buffet meal before going to the world famous Tropicana
Cabaret.
Day 5 You can extend your stay in Cuba (by pre-arrangement) by
taking one of our other tours to different places in the island such as Cayo
Largo or Varadero. Or transfer to the airport for your outbound flight.
These tours are designed to accommodate two persons in a private car with a
personal driver/guide all-inclusive of airport VIP service, transfers, car
