The VIP Art Connaisseur Tour includes a full VIP service from
the day you arrive in Havana to the day you leave with accommodation at one of

car service, dining at a la carte speciality restaurants, top class
entertainment, specialist art guide, arranged appointments with your selected
artists, exportation arrangements plus optional game fishing, Vinales Valley
excursion, 2 days at Varadero beach resort, Cuban National ballet or opera and
Salsa night.
The Premium Art Connaisseur Tour provides a basic package
including being met and assisted upon arrival at Havana International Airport
with transfer to your accommodation at the one of Havana’s best colonial
boutique hotels, the ‘Raquel’ for 6 nights on bed and breakfast basis.

VIP Art Connaisseur Tour
Welcome to Havana
Day 1 Met & Assisted upon arrival at Havana International
Airport. VIP airport service fast-tracking through Immigrations & Customs
with welcome drinks at VIP lounge while waiting for valet to clear your
luggage. Keys to your hotel room and signature card given to you at the VIP
lounge to enable you to go straight to your hotel room on arrival at the hotel.
Transfer in chauffeur driven car to Santa Isabel Hotel for 6 nights on bed and
breakfast basis.
Colonial Havana, Hemingway & the Performing Arts
Day 2 Breakfast at hotel. Orientation meeting with details of
your arranged appointments with your available selected artists and any
optional activities of you’re choosing. Morning walking tour through the
streets of colonial Havana. Daiquiri’s and seafood lunch at the Floridita
Restaurant, one of Hemingway’s haunts. After lunch visit the ‘Museo de Bellas
Artes’ art gallery featuring the best of Cuban art followed by visit to your
available selected artist with tour guide. Optional visit to the Gran Teatro
for see a performance of the world famous Cuban National ballet, opera or
concert *. A late night a la carte dinner at the ‘Huron Azul’, a typical Cuban
restaurant which features exhibits of Cuban paintings.

The Art of Cigars & Art of Salsa
Day 3 Breakfast at hotel. Visit to Partagas or Romeo &
Juliet cigar factory. Special lunch at the Conde Villanueva Hotel cigar
aficionado’s restaurant with cigar rolling demonstration and talk on Habanos
cigars with cigar, rum and coffee tasting. Visit to famous award winning cigar
humidor artist, Raul Valladares Valdes or other available selected artist after
lunch. Evening dinner at either the 1950’s elegance of ‘La Esperanza
Restaurant’ or the ‘Cocina de Lilliam’ garden restaurant. Optional night at ‘La
Pena Chan Chan’ for music and dancing in the traditional style of Son in a
local atmosphere situated at Marina Hemingway.
Art of Nature, Cuisine & Cabaret
Day 4 Breakfast at hotel. Visit to your available selected
artist and free time to explore Havana. Optional day of game fishing from
Marina Hemingway with light lunch onboard or Optional excursion to the
beautiful Vinales Valley with a rustic lunch. Transfer by classic 1950’s
American cars for a la carte dinner at the nouvelle cuisine restaurant ‘La
Guarida’ where the famous Cuban movie ‘Strawberry & Chocolate’ was filmed,
continue in your American car for a night out at the world famous Tropicana
Cabaret.
The Paradisus
Day 5 Breakfast at hotel. Free day to explore Havana. Optional
2 days to stay at the 5 star Paradisus all-inclusive beach resort hotel in
Varadero.
Tropical beaches
Day 6 Breakfast at hotel. Free day to explore Havana. Optional 2nd
day to relax and enjoy the tropical pristine white beach and the facilities at
the Paradisus Hotel in Varadero. Return in the evening to the Santa Isabel
hotel.
Farewell Havana
Day 7 Breakfast at hotel. Day to deal with any final
arrangements for packing, custom clearance or exportation requirements of your
art purchases. Transfer to Havana International Airport with assistance for

Appointments with artists subject to availability. When making your requests for
appointments with artists please provide a choice in order of priority. Should
you have any special artist you wish to visit that is not included in the
Artist Selection please let us know and we will see if we can arrange for you.

Purchases of Art
Payment for art purchases should be made directly to the artist.
Exportation of Art
If you are wanting to take any art purchases with you when leaving
Cuba you will need to secure the items no later than Day 4 to ensure that all
exportation requirements are fulfilled prior to your departure. If you are
extending your stay in Cuba then you just need to allow at least 3 full days
for these arrangements. Alternatively, we can arrange to have the items sent to
you by air freight services or by courier services. All items will be
professional packed for you. You will need to pay to us the cost of arranging
packing, exportation arrangements, freight or courier services and any
insurance, tax or duties.
