The club closed some 50 years later.  In the 1990's a recording made by well known Cuban musician Juan de Marcos Gonzales and American guitarist Ry Cooder with traditional Cuban musicians, some of whom were veterans who had performed at the club during the height of its popularity. The film and the member’s performances have become well known around the world and this is a chance to see some of the performers in Havana.
