Preparing the Booking Request

State all the arrangements that you require i.e. hotels, transfers, car rental, domestic flights, guide service, excursions, sailing, salsa classes, fishing, diving, VIP airport service, trekking, restaurants, birdwatching, nightclubs etc,. State types of rooms required i.e. double, single, triple. State the number and names of persons (or group lead name) with nationalities and passport numbers (passport numbers can follow). State total days and nights and dates required. Add any other details or special requirements.

Sending the Booking Request

There are two ways of sending us your booking request:

A representative of our staff will contact you by email who may ask you to give some further details if necessary. A dialogue will be established between you and our representative, until you are entirely satisfied with your booking request. After confirmation of the different services you requested, we will send you by email a Confirmation Invoice. We will advise you if any processing fee is to be charged.

Payment Procedures

On receipt of the Confirmation Invoice and any accompanying emails there will be instructions on how to pay, what bank to pay, the amount to pay and when payment is due and any other necessary information.

There are two ways to make payment:

A simple transaction by bank to bank transfer. We will ask you to send by FAX +537 866 4968 (or scanned and emailed) a copy of the bank transfer document to confirm that payment has been sent to us. You will need to pay the bank transfer fees and indicate this on the instructions you give your bank. When the payment reaches our bank we will acknowledge receipt of your payment. Or, by VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit or debit card payment. This will require us to send you the link to the secure online payment website only when you have confirmed your booking with us and we have sent you our Confirmation Invoice.
